Deadline & Ad Format Information

  • We go to print around the last day of the month, we need everything finalized 5 days before.
  • Deadline for Ad Space is the 24th of the prior month.
  • Deadline for Ad Changes is 5 days before the end of the month
  • Ads submitted should be in the following format: PDF (preferred), JPEG, Publisher, PSD, TIFF. Images should be in a High Resolution for the best quality.
  • Specific placement cannot be guaranteed at these rates.
  • No Advertising will appear on the cover.
  • Proof via e-mail, unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Payment is due in advance for all "New Accounts" for the first 3 months. Other payments are due by the 15th of the month that the ad runs in.
  • Ad Creation Fees may be charged. Will be discussed on a client-to-client basis.
  • All advertising in the Newspaper will also appear on the "Cue Times" Web Site at no additional charge.

All Ads created by the Cue Times Billiard News are the sole property of the Cue Times Billiard News and cannot be used without written consent of the Cue Times Billiard News.
